Polka Dot Dragon Lantern Festival

The Polka Dot Dragon Lantern Festival is a free community-based event that brings people together to make and experience festival art in mid-winter. We do this by commissioning artists and performers to contribute to the festival, as well by offering workshops and lantern kits to the public.  This gives people the opportunity to experience the arts in a non-traditional setting as well as to create art prior to the festival.  Whether you are an artist, an educator, part of a community group, or you just want to get out and experience the magic, there are lots of opportunities to be involved.
